Hello everyone,
This bit of nightmare fuel was asked by a patron, who is doing a Hawaiian themed campaign, and wanted a monster based off of a certain real world leech that gets inside your body through your urinary tract... Absolutely repulsive stuff.
I toned down quite a bit the abilities of this thing, as it would get too graphic otherwise, but I still decided to share it here because I love you all :)
