Path of the Griefstricken - A D&D 5e Barbarian that channels their sorrow into rage

Updated: Nov 17, 2022

Hello everyone!

The new template for my next compendium is mostly done, as we can see here, and to celebrate here's a new barbarian subclass!

Turns out, I'm not very good at celebrating and made a tragic subclass, but new barbarian content, soooo... yay?

Channel your sadness into rage, tether yourself to your foes, and make them feel the pain you feel inside!

Take Care,

-Monkey

I have a question regarding the Sight of Sorrow feature. By default, what level should calm emotions be cast at when cast via Sight of Sorrow? Furthermore, should a character even be able to cast it at different levels through these means? I wanted to try and build a character with this subclass, but don't have much experience with homebrewing and so I thought I would ask for the sake of balancing, Any insight would be appreciated :)
