Meet the Gas Wraith, a CR 7 creature born from the horrors of chemical warfare.

This monster is meant to be a debuff creature, used alongside others which focus on more DPR (such as the Trench Revenant, a WW1 themed soldier monster specialized in ambushes)
The core abilities of the Gas Wraith allow it to poison and obscure line of sights, drain max HP, and be an absolute nuisance for casters by silencing them.
These spectral terrors are meant for war-torn settings or as remnants of a magical apocalypse.
